London - Two key figures Williams F1 team, Technical Director Sam Michael and Head of Aerodynamics Jon Tomlinson, will leave his seat the end of this season. Be the cause of poor performance.
"They realize that the performance of the team not at the required level,"explained Williams big boss, Sir Frank Williams, as quoted by Eurosport.
"They decided to resign to allow the team to organize themselves and make necessary changes to get back to the front grid,"added Williams.
Of the three series already in progress, Williams reinforced by Rubens Barrichello and Pastor Maldonado has not won any points and now paying at position 10 of the 12 contestants.
"Both will continue to work until the end of this year to ensure that this team stay focused and maintain momentum in this 2011 season," Williams said.
Surprisingly, Williams would recruit chief engineer Mike Coughlan as from next month. Coughlan is a former engineer at McLaren who are involved in the theft of data of Ferrari in 2007, better known as Spygate.
